About Business Services
- How do I start new service?
- Call our office and ask to speak with one of our sales consultants about getting started with our waste removal service.
- How can we minimize our waste removal expense?
- We can help you apply several strategies to ensure your expenses for waste removal are in line with your needs. For example, in some situations increasing the size of your container, and reducing the frequency of pickup can be cost-effective. Recycling cardboard and/or office paper may offer benefits as well. Call our office and we will connect you with an experienced sales consultant who can help you consider these and other cost-saving ideas.
- Do you offer recycling services for business?
- Yes, we do. We can pick up your cardboard and/or office paper if you separate it from your normal trash.
- What are our options if our recyclable materials (cardboard and/or office paper) are co-mingled with trash?
- You must separate the recyclable materials from the trash. If materials are not separated we will assess a contamination fee.
- Our trash is piling up and we can't wait for our next scheduled pickup. What can we do?
- Call our office to schedule a special pickup. We can often arrange special pickups on a "same day" basis.
- Our trash was not picked up. What can we do?
- Call our office immediately so we can make arrangements to ensure that your trash is picked up as soon as possible.
- Our container is damaged and/or needs to be replaced. What can we do?
- Call our office to arrange for repair or a replacement container. We charge a $50 fee to replace small containers (90 Gals up to 2 Yds) and a $75 fee to replace large containers (3 Yds up to 10 Yds).
- We have a question about our bill. What should we do?
- Call our office and we will connect you with the appropriate staff person to resolve your question.
- We need to increase (or decrease) our service. What should we do?
- Call our office and we will connect you with the appropriate representative to help you adjust your service level.
About Home Services
- I have to dispose of a large appliance. Can you take it?
- Normally, yes. Please check the waste collection rules and guidelines on our home services page to read about the details of our services for your town or village.
- What is the pickup schedule during a week with a holiday?
- Scheduled routes are delayed by one day after the holiday during a holiday week. So, for example, if a holiday falls on a Tuesday, and your normal pickup day is Wednesday, your pickup day will be Thursday during that week. Check our holiday schedule for a list of the holidays ARC Disposal will observe this year.

- Can you handle concrete loads?
- Yes, we can. Please let us know in advance if your container will contain broken concrete.
